In the beginning PT. Darma Buana Raya is CV. Buana Raya. The same as PT. Darma Buana Raya vision is to be a leader in construction industry, CV. Buana Raya needs to expand the business. The reason we expand CV. Buana Raya become PT. Darma Buana Raya because CV. Buana Raya had several success story in the past. In addition, it is several success stories from CV. Buana Raya that has achieve:
Success Story
1. Lipovitan/Taisho co, LTD Japan.
CV. Buana Raya can construct a chemical factory that require CPOB standard (regulation for creating medicine).
2. PT. Pindad.
CV. Buana Raya has ability to compete with the others BUMN and private contractor companies which bigger and well known in Indonesia.
3. CV. Buana Raya work in cooperation to redesign a structure of the building with PT. Penta Rekayasa.
a. PT. CMI
CV. Buana Raya finds a building that is not finish in PT. CMI. It is because the building vibrates. Thus, PT. Penta Rekayasa and CV. Buana Raya have to redesign a building to complete some regulations, so it is suitable to use. Moreover, after a building completes all of the regulations, CV. Buana Raya starts to rebuild structure of the building.
b. STIE Setia Budi
To get a cheaper price of the building, PT. Penta Rekayasa needs to redesign complete structure of the building. However, PT. Penta Rekayasa and CV. Buana Raya do not change architecture aspect of it’s.
4. PT. Indonesia Dwi Sembilan
Next, CV. Buana Raya starting to expand the business outside West Java. The first building that has built is a tobacco warehouse that own by PT. Indonesia Dwi Sembilan at Klaten, Central Java. The warehouse area is 4.032 m2

5. PT. Indonesia Tri Sembilan
Finally, CV. Buana Raya gets a new project in PT. Indonesia Tri Sembilan. In the beginning, CV. Buana Raya gets one contract around 7.500 m2. Furthermore, three months letter PT. Indonesia Tri Sembilan gives CV. Buana Raya two new projects and it have to finish nine months latters. At the end, all of the project around 22.500 m2 can be complete on time and owners feel happy to see our works.
